Rates and dates for 2025 will be available in September 2024.
To secure a booking, a deposit of 25% (£350) must be received. The prices below do not include a Security Deposit of £100, which is also required upon booking with us. This makes a total of £450 required on booking. The Security Deposit is refunded to you following your stay, provided no damage was caused during your Booking at the Cottage. Please note that the balance of payment must be paid a minimum of 28 days before your stay, and that it is your responsibility to ensure that it is paid on time as we do not issue reminders.
Prices quoted are for a 7 night stay running from Saturday to Saturday. For any booking, you may arrive from 3pm onwards on the day of arrival, and you will be required to leave by 10am on the day of departure.
Please note that all Bookings with Elmtrees Cottage are subject to our Booking Terms and Conditions.
