We've just got back from a fantastic holiday at Elmtrees Cottage. The cottage was perfect in every way, it felt so homely and comfortable from the moment you walked through the door. Also perfectly situated for the wonderful beach just across the road. We were so pleased with the whole package that we've already booked for next year! Would highly recommend.

Fantastic holiday cottage - spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and perfect position. The house was light and airy and had everything we needed. We felt so at home there and could just relax and enjoy the break. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay. Impeccably kept, clean, comfortable and very convenient for the beach etc. Our dogs loved their biscuits left for us in the house (thank you) and loved their walks on the beach and their swims! The children, having never experienced Cornwall before, were won over by the Cornish Pasties and Icecream in Padstow and thoroughly enjoyed themselves on the beach trying their hands at body surfing. We aim to book again next summer having friends who live nearby too which was super. Many thanks Kim for your hospitality. Running a holiday let business ourselves we were very impressed!

Absolutely fantastic holiday accomadation, a home from home.
Thankyou for the flowers, doggy bikkies, milk and tea. Really comfortable and relaxing.
Great position for the beach and some lovely cliffs walks. Definitely be holidaying here again, Thanks. L, J and J .. And the dogs!

We were very impressed as soon as we walked through the the door- the house was spotless and the flowers, biscuits, doggie treats, milk, tea and coffee were a lovely touch to come into after a 3 hour drive! The kitchen is fully equipped and feels just like a 2nd home. Our stay had been wonderful-not only is the cottage in a superb location within walking distance to the beautiful beach and well stocked pub, it’s also only a 7 minute drive into Padstow! We will definitely be returning- we enjoyed every minute!! Thankyou. N, C and Charlie.
